 This is 6 weeks to change your habits for life!

You will receive my E-Book/Journal:  MY New Year Revolution.  This is a six
week mind-body transformation program specifically designed to help you transform
your daily habits into permanent ones .  You will be required to spend at least 15
minutes a day doing some journaling.
