In each Free clinic I will introduce the Chi Walking/Chi Running form, explain the
benefits and differences, and answer questions.  I will also teach some of the foundation
skills for healthy running and walking. We will be outdoors weather permitting or indoors
if necessary. There will not be lots of running or walking.
