sense of what the Chi Running technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing lots of
running (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you are in, have no
fear. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills ...

Sand pit drill and Video Analysis:  my two favorite parts of the class!  You'll get a chance to
get specific, individual feedback on your form and learn from the other participants as well.

During this 2 hour session you will
receive hands on coaching.  We will
video tape, review, run, more video
and run again.  You must be a
graduate of the 4-hour workshop.
