Fitness and Diving Although you are weight less underwater, scuba diving requires stamina and strength. There is the equipment, the possible weather and current conditions, to name only a few variables. Not only do you rely on your fitness level for own well-being, but also for your buddy's. Having a strong, healthy body will only enhance your diving experience. Don't make the mistake of setting unrealistic expectations for your fitness/weight loss goals. Getting in shape takes some time and effort. There are no magic pills or diets that will help you achieve your fitness goals permanently. I will use various types of equipment to challenge your body and bring you to a new level. Min 2/Max 6 people per class.
