Fitness and Diving
Although you are weight less underwater, scuba diving requires
stamina and strength.  There is the equipment, the possible weather
and current conditions,  to name only a few variables.  Not only do you
rely on your fitness level for own well-being, but also for your buddy's.  
Having a strong, healthy body will only enhance your diving experience.
Don't make the mistake of setting unrealistic expectations for your
fitness/weight loss goals.  Getting in shape takes some time and
effort.  There are no magic pills or diets that will help you achieve your
fitness goals permanently.

Total Body Circuit    
Join any time!
Abs, arms, legs…we’ll work it all.  Come and join this co-ed circuit
training class for all levels.  I will use various types of equipment to
challenge your body and bring you to a new level.  
Min 2/Max 6 people per class.
Cost:     
$20 a session
When:          
Mon & Fri 430-530pm with Nancy
Tue & Thu 5-6pm with Lisa
(must choose specific days/times in advance to ensure minimum participants)
