Women-Only Fitness In the Park
Fitness in the Park is a 45-minute outdoor workout including cardio intervals and
total body strength training.  Great for weight loss and general fitness!

Tue & Fri 5:15-6am
Tue & Thu 11:15am-12pm (inside the
American Sports Centers)
Tues & Thu 630-715pm
At the city of Avondale Civic Center

Women-Only Workout Made-To-Order
I will have a variety of activities scheduled for the hour and you can pick and choose.
Walking/running/stairs will always be the 1st 20-30 minutes, then you can choose to
keep doing cardio or choose what you want to do next!

Sun 6-7pm
At the Avondale Civic Center

Women-Only Walking/Running Camp
We walk or run (depending on your fitness level) for the duration of the hour.

Thu from 5-6am
At city of Avondale Civic Center

Any 4 sessions: $45 a month
OR
Any 8 sessions: $80 a month
OR
Any 12 sessions for $110 a month
OR
Any 16 sessions for $130 a month
OR
$15 for an individual session
