During this fun fitness class, you will spend some evenings walking or running and some will
be filled with a fun variety of lower body workouts: sprints, fun obstacle courses, interval
training, bun battles, etc.

Mon & Wed from 630-730pm
City of Avondale Civic Center

Women-Only Fitness In the Park
Fitness in the Park is a 45-minute outdoor workout. Includes cardio intervals and total body
strength training.  Great for weight loss and general fitness!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15-6am
Tuesdays & Thursdays 630-715pm

Any 4 sessions: $60 a month
