Women-Only Walking/Running Camp During this fun fitness class, you will spend some evenings walking or running and some will be filled with a fun variety of lower body workouts: sprints, fun obstacle courses, interval training, bun battles, etc.

Women-Only Fitness In the Park Fitness in the Park is a 45-minute outdoor workout. Includes cardio intervals and total body strength training. Great for weight loss and general fitness!

Any 4 sessions: $60 a month OR Any 8 sessions: $80 a month OR Any 12 sessions for $110 a month OR Any 16 sessions for $130 a month OR $15 for an individual session
